Dear Parents and Caregivers
We hope that you have had an enjoyable summer and are looking forward to the start of the school year. Please note the following important information.
Wednesday 7th February:
First day of school for all Year 7 students, new Year 8 students, and Year 13 students. We will be starting the day with a Poowhiri. Please note: Anyone new to the school this year in Years 9-12, and their whaanau, are welcome to join us for the poowhiri. Please assemble outside the school gym by 8:30 am. Following the poowhiri all Year 7 students, new Year 8 students, and Year 13 students will be starting class. All other students start classes on Thursday 8th February.
Thursday 8th February.
All year-level classes will start today. There will be no whole school poowhiri on this day.
At 8:45 am
Year 7 & 8 students to go to the Reorua Class
Year 9 &10 students to go to the gym
Year 11 & 12 students to go to the hall
Year 13 students to go to mentor class
For increased security, we have had to change all student passwords. These were emailed out last week. Please check the new password carefully when entering the Kamar Portal. If you did not receive our email we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting the school office to make sure we have your correct details.
