Through the Careers Department, students are able to attend Open Days at various tertiary providers in Hamilton. Recently, a group of our Gateway students attended Open Days at NZMA and the New Zealand School of Tourism (NZST).
Open Days offer a valuable opportunity for students to tour campuses and gather detailed information about potential courses. Because many of these events are hosted by current tertiary students, our students gain a realistic perspective on what it is truly like to study at the tertiary level.
