The Parent-Teacher evenings will be held on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th April 2024 from 3.30 pm until 6.55 pm. Details of how to book interview times can be found below.
You will be able to access the School Interviews website from 3 pm on Friday 15 March 2024. (www.schoolinterviews.co.nz)
When you log on to the School Interviews website there is a green box which will ask you to enter the school event code. The code for these parent-teacher conversations is

This will take you to the Te Kauwhata College Parent-Teacher Conversations page. There are then three easy steps to follow to help you make your bookings:
1. Enter your details (parent’s name, email address, student’s name).
2. Select your student’s subjects and the teachers’ names.
3. Choose preferred times from those available (NB: meetings are for 5 minutes only – please keep to these times as other parents will be waiting).
If you do not have internet access it is possible to have times arranged through the school office. Alternatively, each teacher will also have access to the website and will be able to make
appointments for your student on your behalf – your student just needs to ask them.
