The Te Kauwhata College Student Council ran a Mufti Day during Term 3 to raise funds for the Te Kauwhata Community Garden. Students wearing mufti were asked to make a gold coin donation on the day.
Representatives from the Student Council (Lily Richards, Isaiah Kaiwai, Natasha Janthaphoree, Resmay Va) were delighted to present Jo Gurnell, on behalf of the Community Garden, a cheque for $325.80.
