Dear Parents/Caregivers
We would like to thank all our staff and students for their hard work on Open Day and the NCEA evening that was held on Wednesday night.
Please note the following information:
There will be no rostering home of students next week. We are returning to a full school timetable for all levels.
The following week, we will be holding Derived Grade Exams from Tuesday 13 September to Friday 16 September. (Please note that Monday 12 September will be a normal school day). From Tuesday, students in Years 11, 12 and 13 will only need to be at school to attend their exams, normal classes will not be running. Morning exams will start at 8.40 a.m. and afternoon exams will start at 12.50 p.m. Once their exam is finished or they don’t have an exam scheduled, they are expected to be at home studying.
We will have a supervised classroom available for students who would like to do extra study here at school. This will be available for bus students who are unable to find a way home. This is for study purposes only. This is the way the end of year exam period will also run.
An exam timetable will be sent out next week.
