Teenaa koutou katoa
With NCEA exams underway this week, I would like to remind schools about a key Te Kura programme that can help support your aakonga (students) as they navigate the pressures around end-of-year results.
Te Kura Summer School is a good backup option for aakonga who need some extra help to get them across the line.
Registrations are now open, and we offer a range of internal standards at NCEA Levels 1, 2 and 3. Our qualified kaiako (teachers) are already gearing up for Summer School, and will be available online to support aakonga over the summer break.
Te Kura accepts short-term registrations over the summer break. Te Kura Summer School is a learning programme available for eligible aakonga (students) who require up to 12 NCEA credits to progress to further study, training, or employment.
