SPORTING OPTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Te Kauwhata College has many opportunities for our students to participate in sport with a variety on offer. We have a “give it a go” attitude with our students. If they are new to a sport or are already an athlete that wants to further themselves, there are many options at TKC. Our students that excel and qualify to participate at their chosen sport are enabled to attend Regional and National sporting events.
All Codes that are offered are due to the hard work and volunteering by our Teachers, Sports Coordinator and the School and Community Whanau. The commitment made is commendable and without them none of this would happen. We are always striving to add new and exciting sports to our already extensive list, taking into consideration our student voice.
Antz Moses is TKC’s Sports Coordinator. TKC is always looking for coaches, managers, and helpers for all sporting codes.
